We evaluate our solution providers in every 6 months to ensure that they are updating themselves with current information in software development industry. Few of the criteria’s on which we evaluate them are:
* We visit their offices to crosscheck their infrastructure
* We interview their engineers for their skill sets, certifications, etc. and work tenure
* We check their HR policies and also the attrition rate – lesser is better
* We check their training abilities and overall work environment
* We check the communication and management skills of their Project managers
* We make sure that they are reachable in urgency
* We check their turnaround time in adding/removing members in/from team
* We review their QUALITY ASSURANCE process and skills of QA resources
